Most baby and cooking amenities are provided. Basketball, Pickleball courts, and a playground are just across the street! TVs in every room. Boats and RVs welcome! I had a great experience staying at Ronin’s Airbnb. From the moment I booked, communication was clear, prompt, and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The space itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ronin clearly pays attention to detail, from the little amenities provided to the overall presentation of the place. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient, and I really appreciated the helpful instructions and local recommendations. What stood out most was Ronin’s hospitality—very responsive and genuinely committed to making sure guests have a good experience. Spacious and came with many things for the kids to engage in other than phones.
With 4 bedrooms, 5 big beds and 3 bathrooms, this was the perfect gathering spot for our big family, plus a few friends. Although we didn't prepare any meals other than breakfast, it looks like the spacious kitchen is well-equipped with the tools to do so. We had plenty of space to eat our carryout meals: the kitchen table easily seats 8 (the 4 chairs plus the 4 barstools that are the perfect height for the table), there is a table in the backyard and also picnic tables at the park across the street. The ping pong table (plus paddles/balls) in the garage was great for a family tournament. We brought paddles/balls for pickleball across the street. We bought wood for a bonfire in the backyard. We loved the two couches for gathering around board games. A 10 minute car ride away, the beach was beautiful. The only problem was that we couldn't stay longer in Ft. Walton Beach! Thank you!

The home is in a fairly quiet neighborhood although Holmes Blvd has a lot of traffic. We were there almost a month and I would rate the stay okay to good. After being there a week, I noticed numerous things about the house and sent a list through Airbnb. The house needed maintenance and I didn't want us to get blamed for issues we encountered. Hopefully the host has remedied the issues. 2 things I want to mention: the oven does not work properly so baking was very difficult & the door handle on the back door was very loose (my husband found a screw and tightened the handle). Also, if you are staying an extended time be prepared to buy paper products and any cleaning supplies-only "starter supplies" were provided. .
We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at Ronin’s place. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable,great showers,Ronin was a responsive host and it was in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed… I especially liked having the Ninja Air-fryer!
