With only six units in the building, you’ll enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the fun. The surf boards are no longer at the rental. Please note that no pets are permitted in the condo.

Perfect location and close to the beach. The condo itself is tired and is in need of some TLC. Needs a paint job, the carpet is disgusting, every faucet leaks, bathroom smells very musty.

This unit is only 5mins walk away from the public beach access. The community is quiet at night, and has some good restaurants in walking distance. Owner provides all the things as listed. It's an ideal unit for a short stay in Destin!
