Welcome to Beach Haven, your home away from home in sunny Mary Esther, Florida. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is all about comfort, convenience, and a little touch of coastal magic—perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to relax and unwind. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room that flows into the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, ready for anything from quick snacks to family meals. Two guest bedrooms are near the front door with the master towards the back of the house, giving a nice, connected feel with a split floor plan. Sleep easy with a queen bed in the primary, a queen in the second bedroom, and a two twin bunk beds in the third—great for families or small groups. Keep in mind that the twin bunk beds can only accommodate 200lbs max in each bed. Outside, the fully fenced backyard is ideal for privacy and keeping all of our furry guests (pets) safe. Just a short drive from Navarre Beach, Okaloosa Island, Hurlburt Field, and local shops and restaurants, Beach Haven is the perfect base for all your Gulf Coast adventures. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay, you’ll feel right at home here. Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site. Getting Around Mary Esther & the Emerald Coast Getting around Mary Esther is most convenient with a car, as public transportation is limited. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are available, but may be slower during peak beach hours. For the most flexibility—especially if you plan to explore Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, or Destin—a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended. The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is: - $85 for up to 2 pets The driveway has the parking capacity for 4 vehicles. No parking in the grass. Park on the road is permitted, but at your own risk. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 9 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear.
