Very nice and clean. Went with some friends and loved it. Right next to the beach so was perfect for a beach day. Had everything we could’ve needed and extra towels and beach towels which was really nice.
Great condo steps from the most beautiful beach. Parking is close, pool was nice, bed was comfortable and it had everything I needed for a relaxing spring break trip with my teen. I would come back here. The pull out couch was comfortable. The deck with partial ocean view was nice too. It’s a nice family friendly community. We had to drive to all restaurants and attractions other than the beach- which was fine for us, but just something to note. Host was easy to communicate and provided helpful and timely information! I would go back here again!

We were told it was out of the hosts control...(ok fine). However that was it, no offer of compensation, no gesture in the least - to try and help us feel better about our vacation ending on a sour note. I personally feel like a credit, partial refund, gift card of any minimal amount would have at least been a reasonable, customer service driven extension of empathy & understanding. In the end we felt like just another number, just another guest, just another receipt. That is what is missing nowadays. A touch of caring sentiment that has the power to speak volumes to today's customer.
